You can shop by category (CD, posters, T-Shirts etc.) using the navigation at the left. Click on the image or ‘Details’ to access the product detail page for specific information and sizing options for the selected product. Please note that prices shown are in EUR, including VAT. Additional shipping costs will be added to your final purchase price at checkout. The final price for NON EU customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company or bank processes the transaction. To add a product to your cart, first select your size (if applicable) and click on ‘Add to cart’. Review the item(s) in your shopping cart. You have the option to delete items by checking the ‘Remove’-box and clicking on ‘Update’. You may click on ‘Continue shopping’ to continue browsing, or if you are ready to checkout, click on ‘Normal Checkout’ or ‘Checkout with PayPal’. Finalize your purchase. For non-registered customers, please complete the “Shipping Address” form. Make sure you fill out all fields marked with *. If you have already registered with us, simply login using your e-mail address and the password you created for the account. Select your preferred payment method. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express etc.) or by PayPal. Please see Payment (below) for complete payment information. Please carefully read our Terms and Conditions prior to placing your order. Every time you place an order with us, you will need to confirm to have read and agree to both of the aforementioned provisions. 2. What’s the different between “Normal checkout” and the “PayPal checkout”? By choosing ‘PayPal checkout’ we will ship your items to the address you have set up at your PayPal account, so you don’t have to enter this info at the Online Store. By choosing “Normal checkout” you have to enter your address at the Online Store. Therefore, paying by "PayPal checkout" is a little bit easier. 3. Do I have to create an account at the Webshop to place an order? No, creating an account is not necessary, you can also order as a guest. During the checkout process (if you are not already logged into the shop), you will be asked if you want to create a new account (Option A), log in to an existing account (Option B) or to order as a guest (Option C). Choose Option C to place an order as a guest. In this case you just have to enter your shipping address, which will not be saved! If you place an order again at a later date, you will have to enter this info again. You can avoid this by creating an account (Option A). By creating an account, you will be able to set up preferred shipping information, view past orders, and track your current orders. 4. How do I know that my order was placed successfully? After a few minutes you will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail address when your order is placed successfully. You wil also receive a payment confirmation mail by PayPal or Moneybookers! PLEASE NOTE: if you only receive an order confirmation mail by Kingdom Records, but no confirmation mail by PayPal / Moneybookers your order was NOT successful!! 5. What does the different status mean? As a registered member of the shop you can check out the current status of your order. Here are the meanings: Pending = we are awaiting your payment. In most cases this status also means that your order was NOT successful!! Received = we received your money Pre-Order = your package is prepared for being send out once the item is available/released Cancelled = your order has been cancelled because of a failed payment Despatched = your order is on the way to you B. Payment 6. Which payment methods do you accept? There are two ways of paying: 1. Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc. 2. PayPal: Pay us directly from your PayPal account. If you are not familiar with Paypal, you can visit their site at paypal.com. 7. Do I need a PayPal or Moneybookers account to place an order? a) If you would like to pay by PayPal, you will need a PayPal account to do so! b) Our Credit Card payments are operated by Moneybookers. You don’t have to become a member of Moneybookers to be able to make a payment with your credit card. You are bound to the terms of Moneybookers though, which can be found here: read terms 8. In which currency are the items listed? All prices listed are in Euros (€). If you need a currency conversion/exchange rate, please consult your local bank or check it out online at Xe Converter . 9. How much is tax and duties? All our prices include 21% VAT [Irish rate], however, all shipments outside the European Union will be excluding VAT. Please remember you may have to pay import duties instead, and we cannot tell you how much you would be charged for this. C. Shipping 10. Do you ship to where I live? Kingdom Records International ships all over the world! 11. How do you ship your orders? We ship all orders using An Poste, Ireland. 12. How much is shipping and handling?
